Move API Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies specifically to the Move API and supplements our existing acceptable use policies for Move AI products and services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Move API to:

Competitive Products

• Create a product that competes with any Move AI product or service
• Train AI systems for motion capture or human pose estimation
• Use API outputs as inputs for competing AI systems (except for creating original video works for your own use and/or commercialization)

API-Specific Restrictions

• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage monitoring
• Share or resell API access credentials
• Reverse engineer our algorithms or attempt to replicate our service
• Cache or store processed results beyond permitted timeframes

Developer Responsibilities

When using the Move API:

• You are responsible for ensuring your end-users comply with applicable Move AI policies
• You must implement appropriate content filtering for user-generated uploads
• You must respect technical limitations and usage quotas
• You must handle API errors and rate limits appropriately in your applications

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate API access suspension or termination. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action.
